Promoting rights, choice and inclusion

Our residential, day and supported living services all support individuals through our Person Centred Active Support approach. They provide highly personalised, safe and fun environments where people we support can develop their social, communication and life skills with a view to gaining greater levels of independence, including education and employment.

Residential Children

Our residential children services provide support for children with learning disabilities and complex physical and health needs, mental health needs and autistic spectrum conditions in services that are homely, safe, fun and specially adapted to meet the individual needs of the children who live there.

Using Person Centred Planning and a multidisciplinary approach each child has a stimulating daily programme of activities that includes accessing the national curriculum at local schools and colleges.

Daily programmes are designed to encourage personal development, increase self confidence and facilitate transition into more independent lives.
