Residential Adults

Our services provide residential adult support for individuals through our Person Centred Active Support approach. They provide highly personalised, safe and fun environments where people we support can develop their social, communication and life skills with a view to gaining greater levels of independence, including education and employment.

Our services are specifically adapted as required to meet any additional needs such as autism, sensory needs, limited mobility, physical disabilities and complex healthcare conditions. Where appropriate we invest in Assistive Technology (AT), specialised equipment and communication aids to maintain and improve independence.

Using Person Centred Planning we support choice and access to social, educational and employment activities. People are encouraged to meaningfully contribute to the day to day running of their services including recruiting staff.

Over the last year many of those who have lived with us have successfully moved to greater independence in supported living.
