Promoting rights, choice and inclusion

Our residential, day and supported living services all support individuals through our Person Centred Active Support approach. They provide highly personalised, safe and fun environments where people we support can develop their social, communication and life skills with a view to gaining greater levels of independence, including education and employment.

Outreach and home support

Our outreach and home support services support you to live as independently as possible in your family home, your own home or in the community.

We can provide support at a time you choose, from 1 hour to 24 hours a day. What we support you with is your choice, but it could include the following:

  • Personal care
  • Daily living and independence skills
  • Support with medication
  • Support with eating and drinking (including PEG feeding)
  • Finances and budgeting
  • Support to access education and/or employment
  • Social and leisure activities
  • Appointments
  • Health and fitness
  • Holidays
  • Cultural or religious needs
  • Sleep-in/waking night staff

We are experienced in supporting people with personal budgets and direct payments and can give you support and advice on these.

We can help you recruit your support staff, including advertising, interviewing and taking care of all the paperwork. All staff will receive comprehensive training to ensure that they can meet your individual needs.

We make sure that wherever possible you are supported by the same staff to ensure continuity.

We currently provide outreach and home support in Hampshire and Hertfordshire, however we will be expanding this service to other areas in the future.
