Promoting rights, choice and inclusion

Our residential, day and supported living services all support individuals through our Person Centred Active Support approach. They provide highly personalised, safe and fun environments where people we support can develop their social, communication and life skills with a view to gaining greater levels of independence, including education and employment.

Day Services

In CMG’s day services, we use person centred approaches to support individuals to become active and contributing members of their local communities. The type, level and duration of the support we provide is highly flexible and varies from a couple of hours a week to more intensive daily support. The services can be delivered on an individual or group basis.

We are chosen to provide support by those who want to access their local communities from their own flats or whilst living with families or carers. Support varies significantly from helping with weekly shopping to attending local appointments. We also support a significant number of people to access social, leisure, educational or employment opportunities of their choosing.
