Our staff team provides intensive support and a consistent approach with a focus on encouraging social, communication and life skills development.
We actively follow the principles of person centred planning, person centred active support, SPELL and intensive interaction. These principles enable us to support service users to express their wishes, make choices and achieve their planned outcomes.
Our Total Communication approach enables staff to implement individualised communication strategies for service users with severe communication difficulties.
This charming 18th Century farmhouse is beautifully well presented and has been restored into 3 self contained buildings: The Farm House, The Coach House and The Stables with ample parking, gardens and out buildings.
